In relation to the numerous complaints that we receive from colleagues, disgusted with the current situation, we are considering to create a new Association for the upgrading of the category reserved for private investigators who are exclusively INVESTIGATIONS categorically excluding supervisory institutions.
We believe that the Association should have the aim of promoting the recognition of the class, the specific functions and characteristics of the activities of services civil and criminal investigation. In particular, in the public interest and optimization of available resources in the sector of the investigation. The structure of the nascent
held to promote the care and protection of the class in any location and, if appropriate, also in court and in any order and rank and jurisdiction. In the future it is expected a real coordination with other similar associations in the other European countries.
The promoters of this structure are a group of investigators tired of promises that lie for years on the tables of the Prefectures and the Ministry of the Interior, for never adequately and appropriately supported by the "Jurassic" associations.
