VIGEVANO (PAVIA) - Innocente. Gli indizi raccolti in oltre due anni di indagini sull'efferato omicidio di Chiara Poggi non sono bastati a fugare ogni ragionevole dubbio e pertanto Alberto Stasi non ha ucciso la sua fidanzata. Questa è la sentenza, che verrà impugnata, pronunciata dal gup di Vigevano Stefano Vitelli dopo cinque ore di camera di consiglio e un processo durato mesi e in cui non sono mancate schermaglie e colpi di scena. Oggi è calato il sipario sul primo atto del 'giallo di Garlaco'.
Il giudice, in pochi secondi, il tempo di leggere il dispositivo in aula, ha scagionato Alberto, l'ex studente bocconiano, ritenuto dai pm Rosa Muscio e Claudio Michelucci, l' unico autore dell'omicidio della ragazza, ammazzata il 13 agosto 2007 nella sua villetta: il suo assassino le ha fracassato il cranio con un'arma che non è nor ever been found or detected.
